The Jonne multi-norm bib trousers are designed for professionals working in environments with several hazards at once, from welding operations to electrical installations and exposure to chemicals. Rather than requiring separate garments for each risk, these trousers cover multiple protection categories in a single piece of workwear, clearly identifiable from the outside thanks to the multi-norm emblems on the left leg.
The outer fabric is made of 98% cotton and 2% carbon at 260 g/m², combined with a THPC coating that withstands 50 washes without requiring re-impregnation. The result is a fabric that is both durable and comfortable to wear, holding its protective properties even under frequent use and regular washing. Heat-resistant press studs and buckles, together with a partially elasticated waistband, keep the trousers practical for long working days, while knee pockets for knee pads add extra comfort when kneeling.
The certification list is extensive: EN ISO 11611 and EN ISO 11612 confirm flame-resistant protection for welding work as well as general protection against heat and flames, EN 1149-5 covers antistatic properties, EN 61482-2 class 1 protects against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, and EN 13034 type PB provides protection against liquid chemicals. EN ISO 13688 is the general standard for protective clothing. Reflective piping further improves visibility on site.
With a bib pocket, two hip pockets, two back pockets and a ruler pocket, these trousers are built for practical use in trades such as welding, electrical work or industrial plant construction, where several hazards can occur at the same time. The trousers are supplied as a pack of 5.
