The Blaklader Microfleece Jacket is a warming mid layer for anyone working outdoors or in draughty workspaces during cooler weather. Part of the Unite family, it is available in a men's cut as well as a women's version (model 4766), making it easy for companies to outfit entire teams consistently. The slim fit gives it a close, comfortable cut that layers well under other workwear.
The fabric is a 100% polyester microfleece at 170 g/m², double-brushed and treated against pilling. In practice, that means a genuinely soft feel against the skin that keeps its texture wash after wash instead of matting or roughening up. Grid fleece panels on the sides add extra freedom of movement and airflow, while the extended back hem keeps you covered when bending or reaching overhead. The plastic zip runs both ways and closes reliably even in windy conditions thanks to the inner wind flap.
The jacket is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is safe to wear even for those with sensitive skin.
