This Microfleece Jacket from Blaklader is designed as a mid layer for anyone who needs warmth on the job without extra bulk. Its close-fitting, slim cut works well both under a shell jacket and on its own, and with the men's version plus the separate women's model 4722 available, it's easy to find the right fit for different wearers.
The jacket is made from polyester microfleece, brushed on both sides and finished with an anti-pilling treatment, at a fabric weight of 170 g/m². That translates into a genuinely soft feel against the skin and a surface that resists matting and fuzzing even with regular wear. Mesh panels at the underarms add ventilation exactly where heat builds up during movement, while the extended back hem keeps you covered when bending or reaching overhead. A plastic zip with an inner wind flap blocks draughts, and the two zippered front pockets keep small items secure.
