The Lumiar S1PS is a lightweight safety shoe designed for anyone on their feet all day who still needs reliable protection. As part of the Smart collection, inba goes for a modern, sporty look here, a clear step away from bulky traditional safety footwear, without cutting corners on the protective components that matter.
The upper is made from a technical fabric with high breathability, which makes a real difference during long shifts or in warm working environments. Inside, the antibacterial and odour-inhibiting Smell Top lining keeps the shoe pleasant to wear even after many hours of use. The Dry'n Air comfort insole and the super-light Fresh'n Flex midsole are built for comfort, while the AirTech outsole helps reduce fatigue, a real benefit for jobs that involve standing or walking for long periods.
On the protection side, the Lumiar S1PS features a steel toe cap rated to withstand 200 joules of impact, backed up by a 3mm puncture-resistant midsole. The shoe is antistatic, offers good grip on ladders, and comes with a slip-resistant, fuel- and oil-resistant rubber outsole carrying the SR rating, meaning it has passed slip tests on both ceramic and glycerine surfaces. The orthopaedic, custom-fitted footbed meets the European DGUV 112-191 standard. Certification is to EN ISO 20345:2022 +A1:2024, safety class S1PS with the additional markings LG, SC, FO and SR. That makes it a solid choice for environments with impact, puncture or slip hazards, as well as jobs involving contact with fuel or oil, such as industrial, logistics or trade work.
