The B1219 is a safety shoe built for anyone working on surfaces where puncture hazards or static-sensitive electronics are a concern, from industrial plants to electronics assembly lines. Instead of traditional laces, it uses a BOA® closure system that lets you fine-tune the fit with a simple dial, no fiddling with laces required. With both men's and women's width options and a full size range from 35 to 48, it's designed to fit a wide variety of feet properly.
The waterproof upper, reinforced with a toe cap for extra abrasion resistance, keeps the shoe performing in wet conditions and at the point where daily wear takes its toll fastest, which pays off in a longer working life. A padded collar and an orthopaedic, custom-moulded footbed keep long shifts on your feet more comfortable, and that footbed meets the European DGUV 112-191 standard. Heel-area shock absorption further cushions the impact of every step.
On the safety side, the B1219 is certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 as an S3 shoe with ESD protection and SRC slip resistance: that means a toe cap rated to withstand 200 joules of impact, a puncture-resistant, hydrocarbon-resistant sole, and slip resistance on both ceramic and steel test surfaces. It also meets EN 61340-4-3 Class 3, making it suitable for ESD-controlled environments where electronic components need protection from electrostatic discharge. Since the shoe is entirely metal-free, it also works well in areas with metal detectors or strict requirements on electrical insulation underfoot.
This combination makes the B1219 a strong fit for workers in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, chemical and petrochemical facilities, and general industrial or trade settings where puncture protection, toe protection and ESD safety all matter at once.
