The Amsterdam S3S ESD from the Run@Work collection is a modern safety shoe built for people on their feet all day who still expect real comfort. Instead of a traditional steel cap, it uses the SlimCap toe protection, just 6.5mm thick, noticeably lighter and more comfortable than metal while still withstanding an impact of 200 joules. Combined with the puncture-resistant midsole and an impact-resistant TPU cap, this makes for a shoe that holds up on demanding construction sites or in logistics work without ever feeling bulky.
The technical fabric upper is designed for everyday wear: it resists water absorption and dries quickly as a result. Inside, the SmellStop lining keeps odour-causing microorganisms from multiplying in the first place, a difference you notice after long shifts. The Fresh'n Flex Plus insole is ultra-light yet high-performing, while the AirTech+Tpu-Skin anti-fatigue outsole uses a slimmer profile to deliver noticeably more flexibility and lasting cushioning with every step.
Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S3S with the additional markings ESD, CI, LG, FO and SR, this shoe covers a wide range of hazards. The antistatic (ESD) build dissipates static charge and protects sensitive electronic equipment, the cold insulation (CI) keeps feet warm down to -17°C, and the rubber outsole resists oil, fuel and hydrocarbons (FO). The SR rating confirms slip resistance on ceramic tile with glycerine, backed up by reliable grip on ladder rungs, a real benefit for anyone working on changing or wet surfaces.
