The Beige ankle boot from the Record collection is a Base-line safety shoe built for anyone who needs to stay safe and agile on industrial or trade job sites. As a new model, it pairs metal-free protective features with a fit specifically designed in separate widths for women and men, covering sizes 35 to 48 for a genuinely wide range of feet.
The upper is made from recycled fabric, combined with the SmellStop WeAreEco lining and a Dry'n Air insole that is orthopedically shaped and compliant with the European DGUV 112-191 standard. In practice, that means a shoe that adapts to the foot rather than the other way round, keeps odour under control, and stays comfortable through long shifts. The Anti-Fatigue AirTech technology with Tpu-Skin further helps reduce leg fatigue during hours of standing or walking.
Protection is certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S3S with the additional markings FO, ESD and SR, supported by EN 61340-4-3 for ESD applications. In real terms, this includes a metal-free SlimCap toe cap that withstands 200 joules of impact, a puncture-resistant Fresh'n Flex fabric sole, resistance to hydrocarbons, and an SR outsole made of ceramic and glycerin compounds for reliable grip on demanding surfaces. The antistatic build also protects electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge, making this shoe well suited to ESD environments such as electronics assembly, precision manufacturing or logistics handling sensitive components.
