The B0887 from the Classic Plus collection is a safety shoe built for anyone working on changing surfaces and in changing temperatures. It's designed for tradespeople and industrial workers who need footwear they can rely on without sacrificing comfort. The orthopaedic footbed is made to the European standard DGUV 112-191 and provides solid foot support even during long shifts.
The upper is water-repellent, keeping moisture out and feet dry in wet conditions. Combined with the heel shock absorption and the specially designed footbed, the shoe stays comfortable to wear over extended periods. The men's fit width gives enough room and suits average to slightly wider feet well.
The equipment is built for demanding work environments: the toe cap withstands an impact of 200 joules, and the sole is puncture-resistant up to 3 mm, protecting against sharp objects underfoot. The shoe also withstands heat up to 300°C for one minute, insulates against heat up to 150°C and cold down to -17°C, making it a genuine all-rounder for environments with extreme temperatures. Thanks to its hydrocarbon resistance and antistatic properties, the B0887 is also suitable for areas involving oil, fuel, or electrostatic charge. Certification to EN ISO 20345:2022 as S3S with the additional markings CI, HI, SC, LG, HRO, FO and SR confirms, among other things, slip resistance on ceramic and glycerine surfaces and secure grip on ladders.
This makes the B0887 particularly well suited to metalworking, construction, and industrial settings, and to any workplace where heat, cold, sharp objects and slippery floors are all part of the job.
