The B0872 from the Classic Plus collection is a safety shoe built for anyone who needs dependable foot protection on hard floors and in changing site conditions. It comes in both men's and women's width fittings and spans sizes 36 to 50, making it a practical choice for mixed teams with varied foot shapes.
The water-repellent upper keeps moisture out from the start, so feet stay dry even in wet conditions. The shoe is also resistant to hydrocarbons, holding up well against oils and similar substances commonly found in workshops or on construction sites. Being non-magnetic and free of nickel and iron, it also suits work environments where metal components would cause interference. The orthopaedic, custom-fitted footbed meets the European standard DGUV 112-191 and supports a comfortable, ergonomic fit during long shifts, complemented by heel-area shock absorption.
The B0872 meets EN ISO 20345:2022 +A1:2024 in protection class S3S with the additional markings SC, LG, FO and SR. Its toe cap withstands an impact of 200 joules, guarding effectively against crushing and impact, while the puncture-resistant sole protects against sharp objects underfoot. The SR marking indicates slip resistance, achieved here through a ceramic and glycerine combination, and the antistatic construction helps limit the build-up of static electricity. The shoe also provides secure grip on ladders, a practical feature for work at varying heights.
