The B1205 from the Record collection is a safety shoe built for environments that demand both reliable underfoot protection and electrostatic safety. With men's and women's width options and sizes ranging from 35 to 48, it offers a precise fit for a wide range of feet, making it easy to equip diverse teams from a single model.
A reinforced toe cap overlay boosts abrasion resistance in high-wear areas, while the padded collar keeps the shoe comfortable through long shifts. The sole, combining Air Tech and TPU coating, acts as an anti-fatigue sole with a cushioning effect, and together with the heel shock absorption it helps reduce strain on joints and the lower back. The orthopedic, custom-molded footbed, compliant with DGUV 112-191, supports healthy foot posture during extended standing or walking.
The toe cap withstands an impact of 200 joules and is entirely metal-free, which also makes the shoe suitable for areas with metal detectors or strict conductivity requirements. The puncture-resistant, hydrocarbon-resistant sole protects against sharp objects and oil- or fuel-contaminated surfaces. Certified as antistatic footwear to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P (ESD SRC) as well as EN 61340-4-3, EN 61340-5-1 and CEI EN 61340-4-5, the B1205 is specifically designed for ESD environments and helps protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge.
