This high vis vest from Blaklader is built for anyone who needs to be seen on the road or on site without giving up freedom of movement. Whether you work as a tradesperson, a driver, or in road and civil engineering, the vest slips easily over your existing workwear and its zip fastener makes it quick to put on and take off.
Made from 100% polyester in a warp-knit construction with anti-pilling treatment, the vest weighs just 120 g/m², so it adds hardly any extra bulk. That translates into a light, comfortable feel during long shifts, and the anti-pilling finish keeps the fabric looking tidy even after repeated wear. The bound neckline gives a clean, comfortable fit, while the radio loop keeps a two-way radio within easy reach without getting in the way of your work.
The vest is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, meaning it meets a mid-level requirement for high-visibility clothing and keeps the wearer clearly visible in daylight and in vehicle headlights. The 50 mm reflective strips run all the way round the garment, so visibility isn't limited to just the front or back. For the Class 2 and 3 combination in orange, the garment also meets the British RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 standard, which is specifically relevant for rail environments. The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label further confirms that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances.
