The Flexatex™ Chem Bundhose is built for work environments where standard rainwear simply is not enough. It is fully waterproof and additionally resistant to 10% sodium hydroxide, making it suited to anyone who may come into contact with chemicals or harsh cleaning agents on the job and needs dependable leg protection.
The fabric is engineered for durability, offering outstanding tear and tensile strength while remaining stretchy, so it moves with the wearer instead of restricting movement. A soil-release finish keeps the trousers cleaner for longer, and the highly water-repellent fabric treatment causes water to bead off the surface rather than soak in. The anti-fungal treatment further helps prevent fungal growth from taking hold in the material. A fully elasticated waistband and popper-adjustable hems keep the fit secure and comfortable, even during extended wear.
The trousers are fully certified to EN 13034, the standard for chemical protective clothing against liquid chemicals, meaning they provide limited protection against splashes and light spray of hazardous substances. This is backed up by welded seams that stop water or chemicals from penetrating at the stitch lines. That combination makes the Flexatex™ Chem Bundhose a practical choice for chemical industry work, cleaning and environmental services, or any role where all-weather protection needs to go hand in hand with chemical resistance.
