The Bizflame Rain Hi-Vis FR trousers are a waterproof hi-vis garment for anyone working outdoors in wet conditions who also needs flame-resistant protection. Part of the Bizflame Rain hi-vis collection, they combine weather protection with the demands of visible, safety-critical workwear.
The fabric is flame-resistant treated and fully waterproof, stopping water getting in, while sealed seams add further protection against moisture. At the same time, the breathable fabric wicks moisture away from the body, so the trousers stay comfortable rather than clammy during long shifts or physical work. Being unlined, they're versatile enough to layer up or down depending on conditions. A fully elasticated waistband and an ergonomically shaped quick-release fastener give freedom of movement and a secure fit, while the ankle zip makes it easy to pull the trousers on over boots.
The trousers are CE certified to CE Cat III and UKCA marked, meeting the requirements for personal protective equipment in the higher risk category. The fabric is also antistatic, which matters for work near flammable substances or in dust-prone environments. The sew-on flame-resistant reflective tape keeps wearers visible, and the raised back panel gives extra coverage when bending or working in a stooped position.
