The NITRAS ESD 3D CUT F is a cut-resistant glove designed for users who need maximum protection without sacrificing dexterity. Its 3D FIT construction gives it a close, anatomical fit, making it a strong choice for assembly work, metal handling or any task that demands precise finger movement. A reinforced thumb crotch and a knitted cuff keep the glove securely in place throughout the working day.
The glove is knitted from a special yarn blend of HPPE, steel, basalt, polyester, elastane and carbon, which gives it high mechanical resistance. A nitrile micro-foam coating on the palm and fingertips provides excellent grip, even in wet or oily conditions, while also boosting abrasion resistance. An integrated carbon thread makes the glove electrically conductive and therefore antistatic, and its touchscreen-compatible coating means devices can be operated without removing the glove. It is also washable, making it suitable for repeated use in daily work.
With cut protection level F, the ESD 3D CUT F reaches the highest classification in the standard rating system, offering reliable protection against cuts even from sharp or heavy materials. This is further confirmed by its ANSI A6 CUT rating under the US standard. Certified food contact safety and tested skin compatibility make it suitable for tasks involving direct contact with food or requiring extra care for sensitive skin. As category II PPE, it is intended for tasks involving a moderate risk of injury.
Combining top-level cut protection, ESD properties and food safety, this glove suits a wide range of applications, including metal and sheet processing, recycling, furniture manufacturing and food handling environments where both cut resistance and static discharge protection are required.
