The NITRAS CUT D is a cut-resistant glove built for tasks that demand fine motor control just as much as protection. It suits anyone who assembles, sorts or handles small parts and needs a dependable barrier against sharp-edged materials. The partial coating on the palm and fingertips keeps the glove slim and close-fitting rather than bulky, so it moves naturally with the hand.
The glove is knitted from a special yarn combining HPPE, polyester, glass fibre and elastane, which gives it its cut resistance while keeping it flexible rather than stiff. A PU coating on the palm and fingertips improves grip exactly where the hand takes the most strain, while the uncoated back of the hand stays breathable. The knitted cuff ensures a secure fit around the wrist without constricting it, making the glove comfortable even over longer shifts.
Thanks to its combination of high cut protection and excellent tactile sensitivity, the CUT D is particularly suited to work with small components, such as assembly, metalworking or precision engineering, where bulkier gloves would only get in the way. Classified as PPE risk category II, it is designed for daily professional use and is available in sizes 6 to 11.
