This cut-resistant glove is made for anyone who needs to work precisely in wet, oily or dirty environments without losing dexterity. Whether on site, in assembly work or during installation jobs, the thin, flexible glove fits closely to the hand and preserves enough feel in the fingers for detailed tasks. The touch function on the fingers, thumb and palm also lets you operate a smartphone or tablet without taking the glove off.
The palm is fully covered in a sandy-textured nitrile coating that provides secure grip even in wet or oily conditions and makes the entire glove liquid-proof. The fine 18-gauge knit underneath stays pleasantly thin and flexible, so the glove feels more like a second skin than a bulky piece of equipment. An extra reinforcement at the thumb crotch protects exactly the spot that takes the most wear from repeated gripping movements. The glove is unlined and free from metal and glass fibres, with a chrome-free construction.
Tested to EN 388, the glove scores 4X42D, giving it class D cut protection, the top rating in this test series for gloves of this type. Testing to EN 407 also confirms limited protection against contact heat (level 1). Both standards are assessed under EN ISO 21420, the base standard for protective gloves, and the glove falls under PPE category 2.
This makes the glove a strong choice for tradespeople, mechanics, installers, plumbers and concrete workers, as well as for oil and gas sector roles where cut hazards combine with wet or oily conditions. It also performs well for precision work in dirty environments, such as metalwork or assembly tasks.
