Product information "teXXor Knit Gloves Cotton"
The teXXor® cotton knit gloves are built for anyone who regularly handles hot workpieces but still needs precise handling and dexterity. The double-layer knit fabric with a ribbed cuff fits snugly around the wrist, keeping the glove securely in place during work.
The shell is made from 100% cotton in a double-layer construction, coated on both sides with heat-resistant nitrile dots. The seamless finish makes the glove comfortable to wear and doesn't get in the way of movement. A fine 7-gauge knit gives the glove good flexibility and a close fit, while the dots on both sides ensure a reliable grip when handling tools or workpieces.
Tested to EN 388:2016, EN 407:2004 and EN 420:2003+A1:2009, the glove offers solid protection against thermal risks, withstanding contact heat of up to 250°C for 15 seconds. That makes it a suitable choice for short-term contact with hot surfaces in dry working environments. As a Category II PPE item, it's classified for protection against medium-level risks.
Typical applications include handling hot workpieces in mechanical engineering, welding and forging work, the glass and steel industry, locksmith shops and workshops, as well as in catering and bakeries.
