The teXXor® HIMALAYA I winter work glove in full-grain cowhide is built for anyone who needs reliable grip and dexterity even when temperatures drop. Whether on site, in the workshop or outdoors, it combines durable hand protection with a warming construction designed for the cold season.
The glove is made from carefully selected full-grain cowhide with a material thickness of approximately 1.0 to 1.2 mm, giving it a high degree of flexibility without compromising on sturdiness. The cuff and the reinforcement on the finger tops are made of cotton, while a soft polyester fleece lining provides a comfortable feel against the skin. Double stitching adds extra durability at high-stress points, so the glove holds up well even under frequent use.
When it comes to protection, the HIMALAYA I meets several standards: EN ISO 21420:2020 confirms it fulfils the general requirements for protective gloves, EN 388:2016+A1:2018 covers protection against mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts and punctures, and EN 511:2006 verifies its suitability for use in cold conditions. Together, these make the glove well suited to tasks involving both mechanical strain and low temperatures.
