The SECHO11 welding protection trousers from Mauser are built for anyone who needs dependable leg protection during welding and cutting work. Angled side pockets, a back pocket with flap and button closure, and a dedicated ruler pocket make them practical for everyday workshop use, while a reflective strip on the lower leg adds extra visibility.
The trousers are made from heavyweight 460 g/m² cotton with a SECAN finish. This results in a tough, grippy fabric that holds up well under demanding conditions while still feeling comfortable to wear all day, much like standard workwear. The set-in waistband with seven belt loops and the concealed front fly with hidden button placket keep the fit secure without exposed fastenings that could pose a risk near sparks.
Certified to EN ISO 11612, the trousers are tested for use around heat, flames, and welding work. This standard confirms limited flame spread and protection against thermal hazards such as sparks, splashes, or brief heat exposure typically encountered when welding. As Category II PPE, they are designed for tasks with a moderate level of risk.
