The SECHO01 welding protection trousers from the Mauser line are built for anyone working in welding or similarly heat-exposed trades who also needs serious storage on the job. A concealed button fly, a reinforced rear pocket and additional leg pockets closed with velcro or press studs turn these trousers into a real workhorse that keeps tools and small items within easy reach on site or in the workshop.
The fabric is a heavy 530 g/m² cotton with SECAN finish. That makes for a hard-wearing, dimensionally stable material that still feels comfortable against the skin and stays wearable over long shifts without feeling stiff. Knee pockets with a velcro opening at the bottom allow protective pads to be inserted, while seven belt loops keep the trousers securely in place even with a heavier tool belt.
The EN ISO 11612 standard confirms that the material withstands limited contact with flame and heat, the kind encountered when welding or working around sparks and radiant heat. Combined with the SECAN finish, this puts the trousers firmly in the category of dedicated welding workwear, well beyond what standard work trousers offer. A reflective strip at the hem also improves visibility in darker work areas.
