The Arwid hi-vis parka is a weatherproof high-visibility jacket for anyone who needs to stay visible on roads or construction sites in wind and rain. With its detachable storm hood, adjustable waist and generous pocket layout, it is built for long days outdoors and delivers the comfort a full-day parka needs to provide.
The 100% polyester ripstop outer fabric is windproof and waterproof while remaining abrasion- and tear-resistant, which keeps the parka going through tough site conditions day after day. A slight mechanical stretch in the fabric means movement is never restricted during work. The elastic mesh lining inside improves the fit and helps move moisture away from the body, and with a breathability rating of 10,000 g/m²/24h and a 10,000 mm water column this translates into a genuinely dry, comfortable wear experience. Heavily stressed areas are finished in a contrast colour, reinforcing both look and durability where it matters most.
The parka meets EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest class for high-visibility clothing, so the fluorescent colour combined with the segmented, heat-sealed reflective strips keeps the wearer clearly visible in daylight and darkness alike. EN 343 Class 4/4/X further confirms a high level of protection against wind and water penetration, while EN ISO 13688 covers the general requirements for protective clothing. For professional use, the parka can be zipped together with the separately available inner jackets item no. 22422 and 22423 to adapt to colder conditions.
