The TYVEK® 500 XPERT CHF5 is a disposable protective coverall designed for tasks where contact with biological hazards is possible. Its attached hood, elasticated cuffs, ankles and hood edge, plus an internally taped elastic waist at the back, keep the suit close to the body even during movement and leave no gaps exposed. A covered zip fastener seals the front closure, and the ergonomic cut means the suit does not restrict movement during work.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven, known under the Tyvek 500 name: lightweight and breathable, yet tough enough to withstand single-use working conditions. The external seams make the suit easier to put on and take off without weakening protection along the stitch lines.
Certification to EN 14126 confirms the suit's protection against infective agents, tested to Types 5B and 6B. Type 5 covers protection against airborne solid particles, Type 6 covers protection against light liquid splashes, with the "B" designation confirming suitability against biological hazards in both cases. This makes the coverall suitable for work where exposure to pathogens or contaminated particles is a risk, such as cleaning, waste handling, healthcare settings or pest control.
The suit is sold as bulk packaged goods with a minimum order of 100 pieces, making it a practical choice for businesses with regular demand for disposable protective clothing. Available in sizes M to 2XL, in green.
