The TCAS sleeve protectors from the Tychem 2000 line shield forearms and sleeves from dirt and contamination in situations where standard workwear simply is not enough. Made in one size, they use wide elastic bands at the wrist and upper arm to fit most arm circumferences comfortably, staying in place during work without slipping or cutting off circulation. The yellow colour also helps with visibility on site.
The material is a polyethylene spunbond fabric with a polymer coating, offering a lightweight feel while still holding up well against liquids and particles. Taped seams keep moisture and contaminants from getting through at the seams, which matters for sleeve protectors that are constantly in motion during use. The antistatic treatment lowers static build-up, making the fabric easier to work with, particularly around sensitive equipment or flammable materials.
Tested to EN 14126, the sleeve protectors are certified against the penetration of infective agents, making them suitable for tasks involving contact with biologically contaminated material. The PSA Category III, Type 3B classification confirms that this is complex protective equipment designed for serious hazards, going beyond basic disposable protection.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 pieces, the TCAS is well suited to industrial use in cleaning, healthcare, waste disposal and any setting where arms regularly come into contact with contaminated surfaces or liquids.
