The TYCHEM® 2000 C coverall TOKCF is a disposable protective suit with integrated socks, designed for tasks where contact with biologically contaminated substances or liquids is a real possibility. The hood, the attached socks and boot flaps, together with the thumb loops, keep the suit close to the body so it stays a fully enclosed barrier even during movement.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven with a polymer coating, giving a suit that feels light to wear yet holds up well under demanding conditions. Taped seams along with a self-adhesive double zip cover and chin flap keep liquids and particles from getting in at these vulnerable points. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back panel keep the suit fitted without restricting freedom of movement, and the antistatic finish is a practical plus in environments with combustible dust or sensitive electronics.
The suit is tested to EN 14126 and meets PPE Category III, Type 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practice, this means it protects against infective agents and is suitable against liquid jets as well as fine particles and sprays. That combination makes it a dependable choice wherever biological hazards are the main concern, such as in cleaning and waste disposal, healthcare settings or decontamination work. Available in sizes S to 3XL in yellow, making it easy to equip a whole team with the right fit for everyone.
