The TYCHEM® 2000 C protective suit TOKC is built for anyone who may come into contact with germs, viruses or other biological hazards at work and needs dependable full-body coverage. The fixed hood and one-piece design cover the body completely, so the suit is ready to wear the moment protection is needed.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven that feels light and flexible, without restricting movement on the job. Taped seams together with the self-adhesive double zipper flap and chin flap close off any gaps where liquids or particles could otherwise get through. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back give the suit a snug fit that holds up during movement, while the thumb loops keep it firmly in place. An antistatic finish helps reduce static build-up during use.
The suit is tested to EN 14126, the standard covering protective clothing against infectious agents, and meets the requirements of Types 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practice this means protection against liquid jets, fine sprays, solid particles and light liquid splashes, each with biological protective performance. As Category III PPE, it is designed for use against serious risks.
This makes the TOKC a strong choice for healthcare work, cleaning and disinfection tasks, pest control, and any setting involving contact with biologically contaminated materials.
