The Sealtex Flame Hi-Vis FR trousers are built for anyone working outdoors who needs protection from wind, rain and fire hazards all at once. As part of the Sealtex Flame range, they combine flame-resistant properties with high-visibility features, making them suited to jobs where several risks overlap on site.
The fabric is waterproof with welded seams that keep water out, a real benefit on wet building sites or in changeable weather. At the same time, the material is lightweight and stretchy with a dirt-repellent finish, so it stays comfortable to wear through a full shift and moves easily with the body. A fully elasticated waistband and a popper-adjustable hem mean the trousers are quick to put on and take off, yet stay securely in place once worn.
Visibility is boosted by heat-sealed reflective tape that meets EN ISO 20471, the standard covering hi-vis workwear that helps wearers be seen clearly even in poor light. Added protection comes from heat-resistant, flame-retardant tape. The trousers are certified to CE-CAT III and carry both CE and UKCA marking, making them suitable for higher-risk working environments.
This makes the trousers a strong choice for road work, utilities and general site work, where wet conditions, poor visibility and heat sources can all come into play. Available in orange and yellow, in sizes from S to 5XL, they can be matched easily to the needs of a whole crew.
