The Sealtex™ Classic bib trousers are designed as overtrousers, making them the practical choice for anyone who needs to stay dry in bad weather without sacrificing freedom of movement. Lightweight yet robust in performance, they pull on quickly over existing workwear, making them just as suited to sudden downpours as to planned outdoor work.
The Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric finish makes water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, and it does so without PFAS, meaning the fluorochemicals typically used in such finishes are left out. The fabric is stretchy and carries a soil-release finish, which noticeably improves wearing comfort during the working day and keeps the trousers looking presentable even after extended use. Adjustable, partly elastic braces with a buckle fastening and a hem that can be adjusted with a press stud allow the fit to be tailored to different body shapes and layers of clothing underneath.
To achieve genuine waterproofing, the seams are welded rather than sewn, so no water can get in at what would otherwise be a weak point. The trousers are CE certified and UKCA marked, meeting the relevant requirements for protective clothing in both the EU and the UK.
