The EV4 Shell Bundhose trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in changeable weather, where freedom of movement matters just as much as protection. The zip-off bib can be fully removed, turning the garment from bib overalls into standard trousers the moment the job or the weather calls for it.
The 3-layer dynamic stretch fabric with 4-way flexibility moves with the body rather than against it, which makes a real difference during overhead work or on a ladder. The PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish makes water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, keeping the fabric lighter and more comfortable to wear over long shifts. Pre-shaped, reinforced knees with a lower knee-pad insert add extra support when kneeling, and the gusseted crotch helps prevent seams from tearing under strain.
Waterproof, windproof and breathable all at once is possible thanks to the taped seams, which stop water getting in while still letting body heat and moisture escape. The zips themselves are waterproof too, so there is no weak point in the construction. The trousers are CE certified and feature a reflective print that improves visibility in low light.
Four pockets, including two zipped thigh pockets, hold a phone, pens and tools securely, while the adjustable waist, side leg zip and internal boot clip keep the fit practical for everyday work. That makes the EV4 Shell Bundhose a strong choice for outdoor trades such as construction and landscaping, or any job where the weather can turn at short notice.
