The DX4 winter trousers are insulated bib overalls built for anyone working outdoors through cold and wet conditions. A rear zip lets you remove the bib entirely, turning the overalls into a standalone pair of trousers whenever that suits the job better. That flexibility means one garment covers more situations without forcing a compromise at the point of purchase.
The fabric is a tough 300D Oxford stretch polyester that holds up to daily wear on site or on the road. Seams are welded and the garment is fully waterproof, so moisture is kept out rather than finding a way through the stitching. The Texpel Splash Eco finish adds strong water repellency, letting rain bead off the surface instead of soaking in, and it does this without using PFAS. Warmth comes from the InsulatexPro lining, which insulates well without adding bulk or unnecessary weight.
Storage is handled by 16 pockets in total, including a rule pocket, a phone pocket and zipped thigh pockets for tools and small items. The pre-bent knee pad pockets load from the top and adjust for height, which makes a real difference during kneeling work. A side elastic waist and an adjustable hem for regular to long legs add comfort and fit, while reflective strips help with visibility in low light.
