The CoverStar® CS502 is a disposable protective coverall designed for work where clothing needs to be shielded from dust, particles and fine splashes. It's built for professional users who need dependable protective gear in larger quantities and is supplied as bulk packaging from 50 units upward. The three-piece hood with elasticated edge keeps close contact with the head even during movement, while elastication at the arms, legs and waist stops the suit from shifting during use.
The coverall is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a microporous film laminate, giving it a light, breathable feel while still forming an effective barrier against fine particles. The 2-way zip with double-layered flap and 3-point adhesive tape is easy to open and close and adds extra sealing at the closure. The elasticated back panel is glued rather than sewn in, reinforcing protection at what is often a weak point, and thumb loops keep the sleeves securely in place while working. The fabric also carries an antistatic treatment, a real benefit in dusty environments or where sparks are a concern.
Tested to EN 14325, the CS502 meets PPE Category III requirements as Type 5B and 6B. In practical terms, this means protection against solid particles that could otherwise penetrate the suit, as well as against light liquid splashes – relevant for cleaning, renovation and painting work, industrial settings, or any task involving fine dust. This makes the coverall a solid choice wherever workwear gets soiled or contaminated regularly and needs to be changed quickly and hygienically.
