The RUNNEX® TeamStar is an S2 safety shoe with ESD protection from the latest generation of the activeBumper series. It's designed for anyone who wants timeless style and excellent all-day comfort on the job without compromising on safety, making it equally suited to industrial and craft environments as well as sensitive ESD workstations.
The hydrophobic smooth leather upper keeps moisture from soaking in, so the shoe stays dry even when conditions change throughout the day. An abrasion-resistant toe protection material adds extra durability in the area that takes the most wear. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining helps regulate foot climate, while the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining provides secure fit and comfort around the heel. The two-density PU/PU sole with RUNNEX® activeBumper cushioning, made from VESTAMID® PEBA foam, noticeably absorbs impact while walking or standing, which makes a real difference over long shifts.
Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S2 FO, the shoe protects against mechanical hazards and is also resistant to fuel oil. Its antistatic properties, tested to EN 61340-4-3:2001, safely dissipate electrostatic charge, making it suitable for ESD workstations where electronic components or sensitive equipment need protection from static discharge. The DGUV112-191 classification confirms its suitability as a safety shoe for professional use. As Category II PPE, the TeamStar is built for medium-risk environments, covering a wide range of applications.
Whether on the production floor, in workshops, or at ESD-sensitive workstations, the RUNNEX® TeamStar performs equally well indoors and outdoors, offering reliable support through demanding workdays.
