The RUNNEX® TeamStar is an S2 lace-up safety boot with ESD protection from the latest generation of the RUNNEX® activeBumper series. It's designed for anyone working in industry or skilled trades who needs dependable protection and all-day comfort, without giving up a clean, understated look in black and blue.
The smooth leather upper is hydrophobically treated, keeping moisture out during a busy workday, while the abrasion-resistant toe protection material shields the most exposed part of the boot from wear. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining helps regulate foot climate, and the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining adds comfortable support around the heel. The dual-density PU/PU sole combined with RUNNEX® activeBumper cushioning made from VESTAMID® PEBA foam noticeably absorbs impact while walking or standing, making the boot comfortable even during long shifts on your feet.
As category II personal protective equipment, the TeamStar meets EN ISO 20345:2011 in safety class S2, which covers features such as a water-resistant upper and energy absorption in the heel area. Its ESD properties comply with EN 61340-4-3:2001, allowing electrostatic charges to be safely discharged, an important feature for sensitive work environments. The boot is additionally tested to DGUV112-191.
This makes the TeamStar a strong choice for industry and trade work as well as ESD workplaces, suited equally to indoor and outdoor use.
