The Cushionpro® Forge low-cut safety shoe from the elysee®/CushionPro® range is designed for anyone who needs dependable foot protection on the job without sacrificing comfort. The black/white action leather upper features an ergonomically shaped, padded collar that keeps the fit comfortable through long shifts, while the eyelet lacing system allows the shoe to be adjusted precisely to the foot.
The materials and construction reflect what the CushionPro® range is known for: the breathable mesh lining keeps feet dry even under sustained wear, the padded tongue made of textile and microfibre prevents chafing, and the removable CushionPro® insole can be swapped for custom orthopaedic inserts when needed – the shoe is certified for orthopaedic use under DGUV rule 112-191. The CushionPro® cushioning in the heel area noticeably reduces impact with every step.
The shoe meets EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 in class S3S with the additional markings FO, SR and SC. In practice, this means an aluminium toe cap guards against impact and compression, a puncture-resistant textile midsole stops sharp objects from penetrating from below, the TPU outsole is slip-resistant and fuel-resistant, and the antistatic properties make the shoe suitable for ESD areas where static build-up must be avoided. A TPU toe guard at the front further protects the upper from abrasion.
This makes the Cushionpro® Forge well suited to environments with high mechanical demands combined with the need for electrostatic discharge control, such as metalworking, warehouse and logistics operations, or electronics manufacturing. Available in sizes 36 to 48 in width 11, supplied in packs of 10 pairs for commercial buyers.
