The Cushionpro® Max boot from the elysee®/CushionPro® range is a high-cut safety boot designed for anyone who spends long shifts on their feet and needs genuine comfort alongside protection. The elysee® quick-turn closure allows the fit to be adjusted infinitely without laces, making it especially practical for quick, repeated putting on and taking off during the working day.
The upper is made from tear-resistant textile material with TPU reinforcements and action leather, giving stability exactly where work boots take the most punishment. The ergonomically shaped, padded collar and the padded pull tab in textile and microfibre keep the boot comfortable even across a full shift, while the breathable mesh lining helps keep feet drier. The removable CushionPro® insole with its cushioning noticeably absorbs impact with every step and can be swapped for an orthopaedic insole when needed, since the boot is certified for orthopaedic use under DGUV rule 112-191.
Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 in the S3S FO SR SC ESD specification, the boot delivers all-round foot protection: the aluminium toe cap guards against impact and compression, the penetration-resistant textile midsole protects against sharp objects underfoot, and the TPU outsole is slip-resistant, resistant to fuel oil, and antistatic, dissipating static build-up from the wearer. The TPU toe bumper adds further resistance to abrasion and knocks at the front of the boot.
This makes the Cushionpro® Max a strong fit for jobs with heavy standing and walking loads and elevated foot injury risk, such as trades, industry, logistics or construction, and its orthopaedic certification also makes it a suitable choice for wearers who rely on individual insoles.
