Product information "Lace-Up Boot Apiro S3"
The Apiro lace-up boot is an S3 safety shoe built for anyone working on construction sites, in industry or skilled trades who needs dependable foot protection. Finished in black with neon-yellow accents, it is instantly recognisable as workwear, and with width fitting 11 combined with sizes from 36 to 48 it offers a good range of options for different foot shapes.
The upper is made from microfibre, giving the boot a tough yet flexible feel that breaks in comfortably over time. The ergonomically shaped, padded collar and the padded dust flap made from microfibre and textile material prevent pressure points and keep out debris, while the textile eyelet lacing allows an individual, secure fit. Inside, a removable anatomical footbed and breathable lining keep feet comfortable through long shifts, and the abrasion-resistant microfibre heel lining adds extra durability where wear is highest. Reflective strips at the heel improve visibility in low-light conditions.
The EN ISO 20345 S3 standard covers boots with a protective toe cap, a penetration-resistant midsole and a water-repellent upper. In the Apiro, a fibreglass toe cap provides impact and compression protection while a penetration-resistant textile midsole guards against sharp objects underfoot. The two-layer PU/PU Superline outsole is antistatic, oil- and acid-resistant and slip-resistant, and its light colour is designed not to leave scuff marks. The ESD rating means the boot is completely metal-free and dissipates static charge, making it suitable for work around electrostatically sensitive equipment, while SRC confirms slip resistance on both ceramic tile and steel flooring. The Apiro is also certified for orthopaedic fitting measures under DGUV rule 112-191.
