The Cushionpro® Shield from elysee® is a safety shoe designed for jobs that keep people on their feet all day without asking them to sacrifice comfort. Its quick turn-dial closure delivers a precise, secure fit without traditional laces, making the shoe fast and easy to put on and take off during busy shifts.
The upper combines tear-resistant textile material with TPU reinforcements and action leather, giving the shoe a sturdy yet flexible base that holds up to daily wear. An ergonomically shaped, padded shaft edge and a cushioned tongue made of textile and microfibre prevent pressure points, while the breathable mesh lining keeps feet comfortable even over long working hours. The removable CushionPro® insole can be swapped out when needed, since the shoe is certified for orthopaedic fitting under DGUV rule 112-191.
Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 in class S3S FO SR SC ESD, the shoe features an aluminium toe cap that is noticeably lighter than steel while still offering reliable protection against impact and compression. A puncture-resistant textile midsole guards against sharp objects underfoot, the TPU toe guard protects against abrasion, and the antistatic, slip-resistant TPU outsole with CushionPro® cushioning provides secure footing on smooth or oily surfaces. The ESD feature safely dissipates static build-up, which matters in electronics-sensitive work environments.
The Cushionpro® Shield suits trades, logistics and industrial settings where workers need well-cushioned safety footwear with dependable toe protection. Available in sizes 36 to 48 and supplied in packs of 10 pairs, it is also a practical choice for equipping entire teams.
