The Opti Flex® Comfort Cut is a seamless, fine-gauge knit glove designed for work that demands both dexterity and reliable cut protection. Its 15-gauge construction gives it the close, precise fit usually associated with unprotected gloves, making it a strong choice for anyone who needs fine motor control without compromising on safety.
The liner, made from polyethylene, polyamide, glass fibre and elastane, combines durability with freedom of movement, so the glove feels light on the hand while standing up to mechanical strain. The micro-nitrile foam coating with water-based polyurethane covers the palm and fingertips precisely without stiffening the glove, giving a secure grip even in oily conditions while the back of the hand stays breathable. Thanks to its touchscreen function, smartphones, tablets and control panels can be operated without removing the glove.
Tested to EN 388 for mechanical risks, the glove achieves cut protection Level C under EN ISO 13997, a rating that goes beyond basic protection and suits tasks involving sharp edges, sheet metal or components with cutting hazards. It is also certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, confirming that the materials used are free from harmful substances.
This makes the Opti Flex® Comfort Cut well suited to assembly work, metal processing, logistics and general industrial tasks where hand protection and fine finger control both matter.
