Product information "Opti Flex Gloves Tucson"
The Opti Flex® Tucson is a cut-resistant glove built for tasks where dexterity and protection both matter. It suits anyone handling sharp-edged materials or warm surfaces while still needing precise finger control, whether operating tools, machinery, or touchscreens on the job.
The liner is made from a blend of cut-resistant fibre, polyamide, elastane and carbon, knitted seamlessly in a fine 13-gauge construction. The result is a glove that hugs the hand closely and moves with it rather than against it. A thin PU coating on the palm provides secure grip, while the uncoated back of the hand improves airflow and keeps hands from overheating during extended wear. An added nitrile reinforcement between thumb and forefinger boosts durability at a point that takes heavy daily use. The glove can be washed at 40°C, making it practical for regular, repeated use.
On the protection side, the Tucson covers two areas. Tested to EN ISO 13997, it reaches cut protection level F, the top classification under this method, making it suitable for work with a high risk of cuts, all without any steel or glass fibre content. It also meets EN 407 for contact heat protection at level 1, cushioning brief contact with warm surfaces. The touchscreen function lets wearers operate smartphones, tablets and control panels without removing the gloves, saving time on site. Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 6 units, the Tucson is also a practical choice for equipping whole teams.
