Product information "Opti Flex Gloves Fresno"
The Opti Flex® Fresno is a cut-resistant glove designed for work where sharp edges and materials pose a real risk to hands, such as metalworking, glass handling or assembly tasks. Its seamless fine-gauge knit gives a snug fit while still allowing the dexterity needed for detailed work.
The liner is a blend of cut-resistant fibre, polyamide, elastane and carbon, which delivers protection without making the glove stiff or uncomfortable to wear. The black nitrile foam coating is sanded and applied to the palm, with reinforcement between thumb and index finger where grip stress is highest. This keeps hold secure even in oily or greasy conditions, while the uncoated back of the hand keeps the glove breathable and prevents the hand from overheating during extended wear. It can be washed at 40°C, which makes it practical for regular use.
Protection is verified to EN 388 and EN 407, and the glove also carries a cut resistance rating to EN ISO 13997 at level F, the highest class under this test method. It additionally offers contact heat protection to EN 407 level 1, relevant for brief contact with warm surfaces. The glove deliberately avoids steel and glass fibres, which improves comfort without compromising protection. A practical everyday feature is the touchscreen function, allowing smartphones, tablets and screens to be operated without removing the glove.
The Fresno suits any setting where both dexterity and cut protection matter, including sheet metal and metalworking, assembly work or handling sharp-edged components. Supplied as bulk packaging with a minimum order of 6 pairs, it is also well suited to planning larger quantities for commercial procurement.
