The Blaklader Multinorm coverall trousers are built for anyone facing multiple hazards on site, whether on the road, on a construction project or in an industrial workshop. As bib overalls or sleeveless coveralls, they combine high-visibility, flame and chemical protection in a single garment, so there is no need to layer several protective pieces on top of each other. The comfortable cut with adjustable shoulder seams and an adjustable waist keeps the trousers wearable through long shifts.
The sturdy cotton and polyester blend with an antistatic component is flame-retardant and additionally treated to repel oil, dirt and water, so stains and moisture are kept from soaking in. Reinforcement at the knees made from CORDURA®, Kevlar® and Protal® adds real resistance against abrasion, and the kneepad pockets are ready to take matching pads. The fabric is designed for industrial laundering, which makes daily use on building sites and in workshops considerably easier to manage.
The certifications cover a wide range of hazards: EN ISO 20471 class 2 ensures good visibility in traffic, EN ISO 11612 protects against heat and flame, EN ISO 11611 is designed for welding work, and EN 13034 gives limited protection against liquid chemicals. EN 1149-5 provides antistatic properties, and with IEC 61482-2 and an ATPV rating of 11.0 cal/cm², the trousers are also suited to work with arc flash risk.
That makes these coverall trousers a strong choice for tradespeople, electricians, and road and construction workers who move between different hazard zones and cannot afford to change outfits every time the task changes. Practical details such as the knife holder with button fastening, the side hammer loop and the many flexible pockets round it off as a well thought-out companion for tough working days.
