The Erja softshell jacket is a tailored high-visibility jacket for women, designed to keep wearers visible on construction sites, in traffic, or in logistics work without sacrificing a feminine fit. Its fluorescent yellow colour with black accents and segmented, heat-sealed reflective stripes make it a dependable choice for anyone who needs to stand out in changing weather conditions.
The outer material is a 3-layer softshell laminate made from polyester, half of it recycled, weighing in at around 290 g/m² for a comfortable wearing weight. Inside, the fleece lining provides a warm, soft feel against the skin, while a water column of 8,000 mm and breathability of 2,000 g/m²/24h keep rain out and let moisture escape from within. The adjustable cuffs and the removable, adjustable hood can be tailored to the weather and personal preference, and the front zip with reflective elements adds another thoughtful touch. Two zipped hip pockets and two inner pockets offer plenty of room for small items.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2, which defines visibility requirements through fluorescent material and reflective strips in daylight and headlight conditions, as well as EN ISO 13688, which sets general requirements for protective clothing.
