The S388 hi-vis rain bib trousers are the single-colour version of the proven S488 model, built for anyone working outdoors in wet and low-visibility conditions – think road work, municipal services or construction sites. They combine high-visibility protection with genuine rain protection in one garment, so there's no need to layer separate waterproofs on top.
The fabric is fully waterproof with welded seams, meaning no water can get in at the seams at all. The PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish makes the surface highly water-repellent, so rain simply beads off instead of soaking in – keeping the trousers lighter and drier during prolonged wet weather. At the same time, the material is breathable and windproof, which stops moisture building up from the inside and keeps comfort levels up over long shifts. Adjustable braces, a press-stud hem and an adjustable side opening let the fit be tailored to movement and body shape.
The hi-vis performance is certified to EN ISO 20471, and importantly this rating is confirmed even after 50 wash cycles, so visibility holds up over the working life of the garment, not just when new. The trousers are also CE certified and UKCA marked, making them suitable for both EU and UK markets. With seven pockets, including a double rule pocket and a phone pocket, they offer plenty of storage for daily tasks. Available in orange, sizes S to 3XL.
