The Hasso hi-vis pilot jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected outdoors in traffic, on construction sites or during field work, whatever the weather. Thanks to the detachable sleeves, it converts into a standalone hi-vis vest, covering two use cases in a single garment. The hood, integrated into the collar, means extra rain protection is always at hand without carrying a separate piece.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester in Oxford quality with a PU coating, and with a 2,000 mm water column it holds up well even in sustained rain. Welded seams stop moisture getting in through stitch holes, adding significantly to the jacket's overall water resistance. A fleece-lined collar keeps the neck area comfortable, while knitted cuffs and hem plus a hook-and-loop adjustment at the sleeve ends let the jacket adapt to weather conditions and movement.
On the protection side, the jacket meets EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest visibility class for protective workwear, making the wearer clearly recognisable in poor light – when only the vest is worn on its own, it meets Class 2. EN 343 Class 4/1/X confirms protection against wind and rain, and EN ISO 13688 sets out the general requirements for protective clothing.
