The VenION® F is a complete system combining a full-body protective suit with an integrated powered air unit, built for situations where you need body and respiratory protection at the same time. Rather than pairing a suit with a separate breathing device, everything here is designed to work together: an internal blower feeds the highly transparent hood with air, with no breathing resistance, allowing the suit to be worn for an unlimited time.
The suit is made from Tychem F, with all seams fully heat-sealed, keeping the garment tightly sealed even at the joins. The horizontal front entry can be additionally secured with a taped-over flap, and an emergency tear-off strip allows the suit to be removed quickly if needed. Integrated boot socks with a slip-resistant, antistatic conductive sole and tightly attached Camatril gloves keep hands and feet sealed without extra connection points, while four covered air outlet valves in the hood and seat area manage airflow without compromising the suit's tightness.
The system is certified to EN 12941, the standard for powered air-purifying respirator devices, with the blower unit delivering a flow rate of 150 to 500 l/min. Classified as PPE Category III, Type 3B, the suit is built to protect against liquid chemicals and suits users working where chemical exposure and compromised air quality occur together, such as industrial cleaning, remediation work, or handling hazardous substances. An internal pocket for the breathing unit keeps the equipment secured and protected on the body.
