The Asatex FFP3 NR D P3V respirator is built for anyone who needs reliable protection in environments with heavy dust or particle exposure. Its classic cup shape with exhalation valve lets warm, exhaled air escape quickly while keeping full filtering performance on the inhale side. That makes the mask noticeably more comfortable to wear over longer periods compared to valve-free designs.
The adjustable elastic straps can be fitted to different head shapes, so the mask sits securely without pinching or slipping out of place. The all-round sealing lip hugs the nose, cheeks and chin closely, stopping unfiltered air from leaking in around the edges. In practice, this gives a snug yet comfortable fit even during movement or extended wear.
The mask is tested to EN 149 and classified as PPE Category III, meaning it is designed to protect against serious, irreversible health hazards. The FFP3 rating is the highest filtration level in the FFP range, giving reliable protection against fine dust, particles and aerosols. The NR designation indicates that the mask is intended for single use only.
