The FFP3 NR D SMP3S respirator mask from Asatex's smartmask range is built for anyone who needs reliable protection against fine dust and particles without sacrificing wearing comfort. The exhalation valve lets warm, humid air escape quickly, which makes a noticeable difference during extended wear compared to masks without a valve.
The three-panel mask design follows the contours of the face more closely than simple two-piece folded masks. In practice this means a firmer, more even fit that stays in place without pressing uncomfortably. Each mask comes individually wrapped for hygiene and is supplied folded flat, so it stays clean and protected until it's needed.
The mask meets the EN 149 standard and is classified as PPE Category III, meaning it is designed to protect against serious, irreversible health risks. As an FFP3 mask, it filters out a very high proportion of fine dust, particles and aerosols from the air being breathed, putting it at the top protection level among filtering half masks.
This makes the SMP3S well suited to work environments with elevated dust or particle exposure, such as construction, grinding and cutting work, or metal processing. The masks are supplied as bulk goods in packs of 10, with a minimum order quantity of 200 units, making them a practical choice for regular workplace supply.
