The CoverStar® CKI is a disposable coverall designed for work environments where dirt, splashes or fine particles need to be kept away from personal clothing. Fitted with a collar, five press studs and two patch pockets, it offers practical features, while the elasticated cuffs keep sleeves close to the wrist even during movement, helping to keep contaminants out.
The garment is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a microporous film laminate. This combination is lightweight and comfortable to wear, yet resistant to liquids and particles, without restricting freedom of movement. The antistatic treatment prevents the build-up of static charge, a valuable feature in environments with sensitive equipment or combustible dust.
The coverall is tested to EN 14325 and classified as Category III PPE, Type PB 6B. In practice, this means protection against limited splashes of liquid chemicals in fine spray form, relevant for industrial, laboratory, cleaning or maintenance work. As Category III PPE, it is intended for serious hazards and should be selected and used with care.
The CoverStar® CKI is supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces, making it well suited to regular commercial use in production, laboratory or maintenance and cleaning settings where disposable garments are changed after each task.
