The CoverStar® CB trousers are disposable protective trousers designed for work environments where clothing needs to guard against dirt and particles without requiring a full protective coverall. They work as an addition to existing workwear or protective clothing and are built for quick, uncomplicated changeovers, ideal for production settings or assignments that shift throughout the day.
The trousers are made from PP spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate, a combination that keeps the garment light and comfortable to wear while still forming a closed barrier against dust and fine particles. An elasticated waistband and elasticated leg cuffs keep the trousers securely in place during movement without restricting mobility or slipping out of position. The antistatic finish prevents electrostatic charge build-up, which matters in any setting where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
The trousers are tested to EN 14325, the standard covering material properties for chemical protective clothing, and classified as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B, meaning they provide particle protection within defined limits. This makes them a dependable choice wherever there is limited exposure to solid particles or light splashes.
