The CoverStar® CSASC sleeved apron is a disposable protective apron with sleeves designed for tasks where splashes of chemical or biological substances threaten the front of the body. It suits situations where partial protective clothing is sufficient but still needs to be dependable, such as a supplement to standard workwear in laboratories, cleaning operations, waste handling or industrial production. Rear size adjustment together with tie straps at the back and neck mean the apron can be fitted quickly, even when worn by different people throughout a shift.
The apron is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a microporous film laminate. This material is light yet robust, so it stays comfortable even during extended wear. The front is waterproof, and the stitched seams along with the knitted cuffs give a clean fit while keeping liquid from getting in at vulnerable points. The antistatic finish is a practical advantage in environments with combustible dust or sensitive electronics.
The apron is tested to EN 14325 and classified as Category III PPE, Type PB 6B. In practical terms, this means it is built to hold back limited splashes of liquid chemicals and provides reliable barrier protection within that scope, without being designed as full-body chemical protection. For businesses that need quick, partial chemical protection that can be changed often, this is a practical solution.
As this is pack goods with a minimum order of 50 units, the CSASC sleeved apron is intended mainly for regular operational use, for example in workshops, laboratories, food processing or cleaning services where disposable protection is needed in larger quantities.
