The CHICAGO bib trousers from 4PROTECT are built for anyone working outdoors in changing weather who needs both visibility and reliable protection. The bib section adds extra coverage for the upper body, turning these into more than a standard pair of work trousers – a small detail that makes a real difference on site.
The outer fabric, 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating, keeps wind and rain out while remaining comfortable to wear over long shifts. High breathability lets moisture escape from the inside, which matters when physical work continues for hours at a stretch. The 100% polyester lining adds a further layer of comfort.
The CHICAGO is certified to EN ISO 13688:2013, the general standard for protective clothing, and to EN ISO 20471:2013 class 2 for high-visibility protection, with reflective strips running all the way around to keep the wearer visible in poor light. Certification to EN 343:2019 confirms protection against rain and wet conditions. This places the trousers in PPE category II, designed for professional use in wind and wet weather.
